Gilbert, Director of General Services �a Costa County I DATE: June 25, 19 91 SUBJECT: RENTAL AGREEMENT - 1391 SHELL AVENUE, MARTINEZ SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION I. RECOMMENDATION: APPROVE a Rental Agreement, commencing April 26 , 1991 with Michael Rawski for the premises at 1391. Shell Avenue, Martinez, for occupancy under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said Rental Agreement, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE said Rental Agreement on behalf of the County. DETERMINE that the above project is a Class One Categorical Exemption ( 1) under the California Environmental Quality Act. DIRECT the Director of Community Development to FILE a Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk. II . Financial Impact: This Rental Agreement will provide use of the residence on the premises of 1391 Shell Avenue, Martinez, in exchange for caretaker services required by the Housing Authority. III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: Provide a Caretaker a-s requested by the Housing Authority of the County of Contra Costa.
