Gilbert, Director of General Services ~f Costaou � s DATE: June 11, 1991 SUBJECT: LEASE AMENDMENT - 822 MAIN STREET, MARTINEZ SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION I. RECOMMENDATION APPROVE a Lease Amendment, commencing June 1, 1991, with Earl D. Dunivan and Joanne Dunivan for the premises at .822 Main Street for occupancy by the County Clerk-Recorder and the Health Services Department-Vital Statistics, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease Amendment, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE said Lease Amendment on behalf of the County. II. FINANCIAL IMPACT Payments required are to come from the budgets of the County Clerk-Recorder and the Health Services Department. III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND Execution of this Lease Amendment will extend the current lease term for 822 Main Street, Martinez for three ( 3) years beginning September 1, 1994, and will add 1,350 square feet located at 826 Main Street, Martinez, to the premises . This Lease Amendment will provide for continued use of office space as requested by the County Clerk-Recorder. CONTINUED ON ATTACHMENT: YES.
