HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 05071991 - 1.7 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on May 7, 1991, by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder,:-McPeak, Torlakson and Powers NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 91/275 (S & H § 8355) Subject: Property Exchange Victorine Road Tassajara Area W.O. 1600 The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: On April 16, 1991, the Board adopted Resolution No. 91/229 which vacated portions of Victorine Road in the Tassajara area. This Board hereby DETERMINES that said land, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, was previously subject to a street, highway or public service easement, and is no longer needed by the public. Pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section 8355, the Board hereby APPROVES the conveyance of said property to the following grantees: Arthur and Diane E. Reinstein, Trustees, as to Parcel 1; Russell J. Leonardini, as to Parcel 3; Arthur Jr. and Elizabeth Reinstein, as to Parcel 5; and Russell J. Leonardini and Linda Leonardini, as to Parcel 6. The Board hereby AUTHORIZES the Chair to sign Quitclaim Deeds on behalf of the County. The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause said deeds to be delivered to the grantees. In exchange for the Quitclaim Deeds referenced above, the Board hereby ACCEPTS the following Grant Deeds: Arthur and Diane E. Reinstein, Trustees, dated March 5, 1991; and Russell J. Leonardini, dated March 25, 1991. The County Real Property Division is DIRECTED to have said deeds recorded in the Office of the County Recorder. The Board hereby FINDS that the project is a CEQA Class 12 Categorical Exemption, DIRECTS the Community Development Director to file a Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk, .and DIRECTS the Public Works Director to arrange for payment of the $25.00 handling fee to the County Clerk. The project has been determined to be exempt from general plan conformance.
