SUBJECT; Closed Session
The Chairman announced that a closed. session would be
held in accordance with the parameters as set forth in the
attached announcement.
At 1: 30 P.M. the Board recessed into closed session at
the George Gordon Center, 500 Court Street, Martinez.
At 2:40 P.M. the Board reconvened and continued with the
regular agenda.

capacities )
A-1 . This Board will hold a closed session with its designated
representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and
to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of
performance, or dismissal .
B-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending
litigation pursuant to Government Code § 54956 . 9 , subdivision:
(b) Significant exposure to litigation.
(c) Decided or deciding to initiate litigation.
C-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending
litigation pursuant to Government Code § 54956 . 9 , subdivision:
(a ) Litigation initiated formally. The titles of the
litigation are:
1 . Contra Costa County v. All Persons Interested
2 . Contra Costa County v. City of Pleasant Hill
