THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on May 21, 1991 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Powers
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO.91/326
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, and Declaring Certain Roads
as County Roads, Subdivision 6969, Oakley Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the
improvements in Subdivision 6969 have been completed as provided in
the Subdivision Agreement with California Crest Development Company
heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of
the Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been
COMPLETED as of April 10, 199.1 thereby establishing the six-month
terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under
said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the widening of Neroly Road is
ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a County Road as shown and dedicated
for public use on the Final Map of Subdivision 6969 filed December
15, 1989, in Book 340 of Maps at page 31, Official Records of
Contra Costa County, State of California.
BE IT FURTHER . RESOLVED that the beginning of the one year
warranty period is hereby established, and the $6600 cash deposit
(Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 164606, dated November 7, 1989) made
by California Crest Development Company be RETAINED for one year
pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4 .406 of the Ordinance
Code.
