Accounting /-3 Drainage Area 30A - Line A, Oakley Area April 9, 1991 Page 2 B. AUTHORIZE Chief Engineer to execute said Amendments to Right of Way Contracts on behalf of the District. C. APPROVE payment as listed above for said property rights and AUTHORIZE the Auditor- Controller to issue checks in said amounts payable to the listed payees, to be forwarded to the Real Property Division for delivery. Il. Financial Impact: Payment totalling $2,630 from Drainage Area 30A funds. Ill. Reasons for Recommendations and Background: These property rights are required for the Drainage Area 30A- Line A project in accordance with approved plans and specifications. IV. Consequences of Negative Action: The project will not have sufficient land rights to allow construction in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. NW:rs c3049A4
