ACCEPT a Quitclaim Deed from Reynolds & Brown, Inc . , a California Corporation, for the premises located on the northeast corner of the intersection of Concord Avenue and John Glenn Drive, Concord, California, owned in fee by Contra Costa County, and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" to said Quitclaim Deed; and B. DIRECT the Lease Management Division to have the above referenced Deed recorded in the Office of the County Recorder. II . Financial Impact: None III . Reasons for Recommendations/Background: On March 19, 1991 , the Board of Supervisors authorized the execution of an Exclusive Right to Negotiate (ERN) with Reynolds & Brown, Inc . , for the development of the 13 . 3 acre' Airport Center site on Buchanan Field Airport property in Concord. As part of that ERN agreement, and at the time of its execution, the parties agreed that Reynolds & Brown, Inc. would Quitclaim all of its tights, title, interests or claims in that property.
