IV. Background:
District acquired portions of third parties' property which included access
rights across Southern Pacific Transportation Company's operating right of
way. District and third parties are consolidating several old crossings into
one new shared crossing.
V. Consequences of Negative Action:
The project will not have sufficient land rights to allow construction in
accordance with the approved plans and specifications. The third parties'
remaining property will have no access.
