LICENSING REQUIREMENTS FOR COMMERCIAL ) 91/235
DRIVERS IN THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT )
The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors RESOLVES THAT:
1 . On April 16, 1991 the Employee Relations Manager submitted a
Side Letter dated March 26, 1991 entered into with Contra
Costa County Employees Association, Local No. 1, which
changes the licensing requirements for all Public Works
Department positions of the General Services & Maintenance
Unit, excluding Laborers . These changes are primarily due to
new licensing requirements mandated by the California
Department of Motor Vehicles .
Implementation costs for the period of April 1 through June
30, 1991 is $260 . 38 and will be paid from gas tax revenue.
2 . This Board having thoroughly considered said Side Letter,
the same is approved.
THIS RESOLUTION is effective as of April 1, 1991 .
I hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of
