Appoint to the Integrated Waste Management Task Force representing the "Other Sanitary Districts" , as nominated by the Kensington Community Services District: John A. Pierce 605 Canon Drive Kensington, CA 94708-1142 BACKGROUND: On February 5, 1991, the Board of Supervisors declared vacant the seat on the Integrated Waste Management Task Force and the Solid Waste Commission held by Dorothy Sakazaki, representing the "Other Sanitary Districts" on the basis that Ms. Sakazaki had declined to serve on the Task Force and the Commission.
