SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Approve the rezoning request as recommended by the County
Planning Commission and Planning Staff.
2. Adopt the Planning Commission's reasons as set for in the its
Resolution #14-1991, as your determination for this decision.
3 . Introduce the ordinance giving effect to the aforesaid rezoning
(2909-RZ) ; waive reading and fix date for adoption of same.

for hearing on the above matter. The public hearing was opened and no!aone
appearing to speak, the public hearing was closed.
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that recommendations 1, 2, and 3 are APPROVED; and
as in recommendation 3, Ordinance No . 91-13 is INTRODUCED, reading waived, and
April 2 , 1991 is set for adoption of same.
