III) SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION RECOMMENDATIONS 1. Approve the rezoning request as recommended by the County Planning Commission and Planning Staff. 2. Adopt the Planning Commission's reasons as set for in the its Resolution #14-1991, as your determination for this decision. 3 . Introduce the ordinance giving effect to the aforesaid rezoning (2909-RZ) ; waive reading and fix date for adoption of same. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that recommendations 1, 2, and 3 are APPROVED; and as in recommendation 3, Ordinance No . 91-13 is INTRODUCED, reading waived, and April 2 , 1991 is set for adoption of same.
