The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors ordains as follows:
SECTION I: Page H24$J-24 of the-County's 1978 Zoning ,Map (Ord. No. 73-43) is
amended by re-zoning the land in the above area shown shaded on the map(s) attached
hereto and incorporated herein (see also Community Development Department File No.
2;709-RZ }
FROM: Land Use District A-2 { General Agriculture )
TO: Land Use District P-1 { Planned Unit Development )
and ;the Community Development Director shall change the Zoning Map accordingly,
pursuant to-Ordinance Code Sec. 84.2.003.

SECTION IL EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance beeomes effective 30 days after
passage, aad within 15 days of passage shalt be published once with the names of
supervisors voting for and against it in the ANTIOCH DAILY LEDGER a
