Recommended Action: Authorize the Executive Director or his designee and the Principal Real Property Agent to enter into a contract amendment for real property services with Richard T. Pearson for the Pleasant Hill BART Redevelopment Project Area. II. Financiallmpact: All costs associated with this contract are reimbursed by the developer, as provided for in a Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) approved by the Agency on April 11, 1989. III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background: The Redevelopment Agency has entered into a contract for professional services associated with the acquisition of property and relocation of residents and businesses resulting from the development of the Park Regency multi-family housing project. An additional $5,000 in professional services will be required to complete the necessary work. The developer concurs with this contract adjustment, as required by the above referenced DDA. EFFECTIVE DATE AND PARTIES: Effective on December 1, 1990, CONTRA COSTA COUNTY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (herein called "AGENCY'), a political subdivision of the State of California, and RICHARD T. PEARSON (herein called "CONTRACTOR"), mutually agree as follows: 2. PURPOSE: The parties desire to amend that contract they entered into, effective March 1, 1989, entitled "Agreement for Real Property Services". 3.
