Supervisor Tom Torlakson referred to a letter dated February 11 , 1991 from the Committee for Direct Election of Byron Fire District Commissioners, 5615 Sunfish Court, Byron 94514, requesting that the issue of direct election of the Commissioners of the Byron Fire Protection District be placed on the ballot.
