Surgeon General, Federal Trade Commission, and several other groups, the fortified alcohol beverages sold under the Cisco label will be repackaged; expressing concern with those beverages still being sold under the old packaging process; and requesting the Board to press retailers to .discontinue selling the old packaged beverage. ***REFERRED TO HEALTH SERVICES DIRECTOR 1. 62 Letter dated February 26, 1991 from Howard Holmes, .
