Spooner, Contracts Administr Costa DATE: July 2, 1990 County SUBJECT: Approval of Standard Contract #22-324-2 with Gina Gargano SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION I. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve and authorize the Chair to execute on behalf of the County, Standard Contract #22-324-2 with Gina Gargano for the period July 1, 1990 through June 30, 1991 in the amount of $39,400 for consultation and technical assistance with regard to hazardous waste minimization. II. FINANCIAL IMPACT: This contract is funded by the Acme Fine Settlement. III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND: Contract #22-324 with Gina Gargano for consultation and technical assistance with regard to hazardous waste minimization was approved by the County Administrator's Office and executed by the Purchasing Agent in July 1989. On April 17, 1990, the Board approved Contract Amendment Agreement #22-324-1. Approval of Standard Contract #22-324-2 will continue the Contractor's waste minimization services for FY 1990-91.
