SUBJECT: Walnut Creek Sister City Committee - Exchange Students from
Noceto and Parma, Italy
Primo Facchini of the Walnut Creek Sister City Committee
appeared and introduced the four adult chaperones for the 20 exchange
students visiting Walnut Creek from its Sister City, Noceto in the
province of Parma, Italy.
Rosa Tacchi, one of the chaperones who spoke English, addressed
the Board on behalf of the group and the City of Noceto in the
province of Parma, Italy.
Mr. Facchini offered his assistance in developing a sister county
in Italy for Contra Costa County.
