Service Area L-100 ) RESOLUTION NO. 90/445
(LAFC 90-17) (Gov. Code, S 57082 )
This resolution is adopted pursuant to the Cortese-Knox Act
(Gov. Code, SS 56000-57550) .
This proposal is for an. annexation of the subject
uninhabited territory to County Service Area L-100 and the
purpose of the proposed change of organization is to allow
efficient provision of lighting service to the subject territory.
The exterior boundaries of the subject territory are as described
in Exhibit A hereto.
The terms and conditions for the change of organization, as
specified by the Local Agency Formation Commission, are that:
The boundaries of the annexation be as described in Exhibit
A.
The affected territory will be taxed for any existing bonded
indebtedness of County Service Area L-100 . The regular county
assessment roll will be used for the collection of taxes and
assessments in the subject territory.
This Board hereby approves and orders this proposal, subject
to the aforestated terms and conditions .

All deed and map reference hereinafter referred to are as recorded in
the Office of the Recorder of Contra Costa County, State of California.
Portion of the Rancho E1 Sobrante, Map of Rancho El Sobrante, filed
March 14, 1910, Contra Costa County Records, described as follows:
Beginning in the center line.of San Pablo Creek at the intersection
thereof with the south line of the parcel of land described as Parcel One in
the deed to A. E. Matheny, et ux,- recorded July 13, 1943, Book 742, Official
Records, Page 13, being at the north line of the 2.51 acre parcel of land
described as Parcel One in the agreement for sale from Walter R. Curtin to
William Harry Weeks, et ux, recorded July 25, 1941, Book 615, Official
Records, at Page 159; thence from said point of beginning, along the center
line of San Pablo Creek, being along the exterior line of said 2.51 acre
parcel (615 OR 159) South 67035'00" West, 87.65 feet; South 57006'00" West,
213.52 feet and South 25038100" West, 64.03 feet to the north line of the 1.88
