SUBJECT: AMENDMENT TO LEASE .- 2923 MACDONALD AVENUE, RICHMOND
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDATION
AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services- to EXECUTE, on
behalf of the County, an Amendment to Lease with Maria Casazza
and Rina Casazza for the premises at 2923 MacDonald Avenue,
Richmond, for occupancy by the Health Services Department,
under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in
said Amendment to Lease.
DETERMINE. that the above project is a Class 1 Categorical
Exemption under the California Environmental Quality Act.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments required are to come from the budget of the Health
Services Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND
Provide additional office space as requested by the Health
Services Department.
