to County Service Area L-100 ) (Gov. Code, S 57082)

This resolution is adopted pursuant to the Cortese-Knox Act (Gov.
Code, SS 56000-57550) .
This proposal is for an annexation of the subject uninhabited
territory to County Service Area L-100 and the purpose of the proposed
change of organization is to allow efficient provision of lighting service
to the subject territory. The exterior boundaries of the subject territory
are as described in Exhibit A hereto.
The terms and conditions for the change of organization, as
specified by the Local Agency Formation Commission, are that:
The boundaries of the annexation be as described in Exhibit A.
The affected territory will be taxed for any existing bonded
indebtedness of County Service Area L-100. The regular county assessment
roll will be used for the collection of taxes and assessments in the
subject territory.
This Board hereby approves and orders this proposal, subject to
the aforestated terms and conditions .
I hereby certify that this Is a true and correct copy of

Board of Supervisors on the date shown.

All deed and map reference hereinafter referred to are as recorded in
the Office of the Recorder of Contra Costa County, . State of California.
A portion of the Rancho Las Juntas, being a portion of Lot "G as
shown on the Map of Vine Hill Homestead Tract filed April 17, 1884 in Book B
of Maps at Page 42, Contra Costa County Records. Being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the most southeasterly corner of "Shannon Hills Unit 2"
Subdivision 6660, filed September. 16, 1986 in Book 307 of Maps! at Page 5,
Contra Costa County; thence from said point of beginning along.; the westerly
line of Milano Way South 130.35135" East 269.01 feet to the north line of the
parcel of land described in the Deed to Cominos recorded May 20, 1947 in Book
1115.of Official Records at Page 65; thence along said northerly line and also
along the northern line of the parcel of land described in the: Deed to Pilat
recorded July 2, 1948 in Book 1217 of Official Records at Page, 455, South
77048'45" West 514.85 feet to the west line of the parcel of land. described in
the Deed to Cominos recorded January 22, 1947 in Book 942 of Official Records
at Page 386; thence along said west line North 14005130" West 394.09 feet to
