SUBJECT' LEASE FOR HEALTH SERVICES DEPARTMENT q/)�
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDATION
AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE, on
behalf of the County, a Lease commencing July 1, 1990, with
Duffel Financial and Construction Company for the premises at
597 Center Avenue, Suite 280, Martinez, for occupancy by the
Health Services Department, under the terms and conditions
more particularly set forth in said Lease.
DETERMINE that the above project is a Class 1 Categorical
Exemption under the California Environmental Quality Act.
DIRECT the Community Development Department to FILE a Notice
of Exemption with the County Clerk.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments required are to come from the budget of the Health
-Services Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND
Provide for use of office space as requested by the Health
Services Department.
