Agreement #24-517-1) with Rolinda B. Baker
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve cancellation of Contract #24-517 (as amended by Contract
Amendment Agreement #24-517-1) with Rolinda B. Baker, effective June
1, 1990, pursuant to Ms. Baker's written resignation.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT:
None. Any remaining funds, previously encumbered under . this
Contract, will be allocated to other appropriate Drug Program
services.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND:
Contract #24-517 was executed by the Purchasing Agent in July 1989,
and the Board approved Contract Amendment Agreement #24-517-1 on
December 19, 1989. Under the terms of this contract Ms. Baker has
provided consultation and technical assistance with regard to drug
abuse prevention planning.
The Department has received a written resignation from Ms. Baker
stating that she would like to terminate her contract effective June
1, 1990, in order to work with the Community Development Program.
