There is no basis for reconsideration. FISCAL IMPACT None. BACKGROUND/REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS No new information has been submitted. The letters and petition are part of the public record on the Environmental Impact Report established in June 1989 . Since there is no new information, a reconsideration is not warranted. Although not required, as a matter of courtesy, property owners within 300 ' feet of the project where notified per attached list as well as interested parties involved in the Environmental Impact Report process.
