SUBJECT: REVENUE LEASE FOR 2020 N. BROADWAY, SUITE 202, WALNUT CREEK,
WITH LEADERSHIP IN LENDING, INC. , DBA THE SRS GROUP
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENOATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECONII4ENDATION
AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE, on
behalf of the County, a Revenue Lease with Leadership In
Lending, Inc. , dba The SRS Group, for the premises at 2020
N. Broadway, Suite 202, Walnut Creek, for occupancy under the
terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said
Revenue Lease.
AUTHORIZE the Auditor-Controller to pay $632 . 81 to Westmark
Real Estate for real estate services provided as contracted by
County.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
This Revenue Lease will provide revenue to the General
Services budget of the County in the amount of $8, 437. 50.
III. REASONS FOR RECONIlKNDATION/BACKGROUND
This Revenue Lease will provide a tenant for office space that
was previously vacant.
