Recorded at the request of: / Contra Costa County Return to: Public Works Department Records Section THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on May 8, 1990 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers, Schroder, McPeak,: Torlakson and Fanden NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 90/284 SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Off-site Storm Drain, LUP 2076-87, Concord Area. The Public Works Director having notified this Board that the off-site storm drain improvements for LUP 2076-87, being developed by Conco Development Company, have been completed and that such improvements have been constructed without the need for a Drainage Improvement Agreement; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements in the above-named development have been COMPLETED as of this date March 27, 1990. I hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
