The Public Works Director having notified this Board that the off-site storm drain improvements for LUP 2076-87, being developed by Conco Development Company, have been completed and that such improvements have been constructed without the need for a Drainage Improvement Agreement; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements in the above-named development have been COMPLETED as of this date March 27, 1990.
