AMENDMENT TO LEASE FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT
SPECIFIC REOUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDATION
AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE, on
behalf of the County, an Amendment to the Lease dated June 28,
1988 with Muir Parkway Properties, since assigned to Diablo
Holdings Ltd. , for the premises at 1320 Arnold Drive, Suite
160, Martinez, for continued occupancy by the Public Works
Department, under the terms and conditions more particularly
set forth in said Lease as so amended.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments required are to come from the budget of the Public
Works Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECOM ENDATION/BACKGROUND
Provide for continued use of expanded office space as
requested by the Public Works Department.
