At 1 : 30 P.M. the Board recessed into closed session in Room 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez. At 2: 00 P.M. the Board reconvened and continued with the regular agenda. CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT - April 3, 1990 Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in all of its capacities) A-1 . This Board will hold a closed session with its designated representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of performance, or dismissal .
