Adopted this Order on April 3 , 1990 , by the following vote:

ABSTAIN: None
SUBJECT: Affidavits of Publication of Ordinances .
This Board having heretofore adopted Ordinances Nos.
90-3 , 90-8 , 90-10, 90-15 , 90-17 ,
90-18, 90-19 , 90-20, 90-21
and Affidavits of Publication of each of said Ordinances having been
filed with the Clerk during the month of March 1990
and it appearing from said affidavits that said ordinances were duly
and regularly published for the time and in the manner required by
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that said
ordinances are hereby declared duly published.
