MICHAEL WALFORD, CHIEF ENGINEER DATE: April 3, 1990, SUBJECT: Subdivision 7035 (Danville Knolls) - Flood Control Access Easement SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)$BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION I. Recommended Action: A. ACCEPT Grant of Easement dated March 6, 1990, from Gregory Group, Inc. B. DIRECT the Real Property Division to have the above referenced Grant of Easement recorded in the Office of the County Recorder. II. Financial Impact: None III. Reasons for Recommendations: These property rights are required for access to San Ramon Creek for flood control maintenance in accordance with approved plans and specification. IV. Consequences of Negative Action: The District will not have sufficient land rights for flood control access in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
