SUBJECT: EXERCISE OF OPTION TO EXTEND THE LEASE FOR THE CLERK-RECORDER AT
814 MAIN STREET, MARTINEZ (U00267)
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)8 BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDATION
EXERCISE an Option to extend a Lease dated June 3, 1986, with
Earl Dunivan, et al, for the premises at 814 Main Street,
Martinez, for continued occupancy by the Clerk-Recorder, under
the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said
Lease.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments are budgeted in the Clerk-Recorder Micrographics
Fund.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND
Provides space for continued occupancy by the County
Recorder' s Office for the Clerk-Recorder (Micrographics) .
