THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on October 9, 1990 by the following vote:

SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for
Subdivision 7394, Pacheco Area.

The following documents were presented for Board approval this
date:
The Final Map of Subdivision 7394, property located in the
Pacheco area, said map having been certified by the proper
officials.
A Subdivision Agreement with The Comistas Partnership, a
California General Partnership, subdivider, whereby said subdivider
agrees to complete all improvements as required,iri said Subdivision
Agreement within one year from the date of said 'agreement.

Said documents were- accompanied by:
I. Security to guarantee the completion of;,road and drainage
improvements as required by Title 9 of the County
Ordinance Code, as follows:
A. Cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 179142,
dated September 19, 1990) in the amount of $1, 000
made by The Comistas Partnership, a California
General Partnership.
B. Additional security in the form of a corporate
surety bond dated September 18, 1990, and issued by
Amwest Surety Insurance Company (Bond No. 1216039)
with The Comistas Partnership, a California General
Partnership as principal, in theamount of $47, 600
for faithful performance and $24,'300 for labor and
materials.
II. Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there
are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the
property included in said map and that the 1989-90 tax
lien has been paid in full and the 1990-91 tax lien,
which became a lien on the first day of March, 1990, is,
estimated to be $5200.
III. Security to guarantee the payment of !taxes as required
by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, in the form of
a . surety bond, No: 121302.3, issued Eby Amwest Surety
Insurance Company with The Comistas Partnership, a
California General Partnership as principal, in the
amount of $5,200 guaranteeing the ' payment of the
estimated tax;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together
with the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED
to be consistent with the County's general and specific plans.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED and
this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of �the public any of
the streets, paths, or easements shown thereon, as dedicated to
public use.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED .that said Subdivision!Agreement is also
APPROVED.

BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, CONTRA COSTA COUNTY
A quorum of the members of the Board of Supervisors not being
present, the Clerk continued the following hearings scheduled to be
heard at 2 p.m. this day' to October 16, 1990 at 2 p.m. :
H. 3 Hearing on appeal of Contra Costa County Public Works
Department from the decision of the East County Regional
Planning Commission acting as the Board of !Appeals on the
request of Charles Pringle (applicant and owner) for
approval of a minor subdivision (MS 18-90) to divide 5. 23
acres .into four lots with variances for lot widths and lot
area, Sandmound/Bethel Island area. (Continued from
September 11, 1990)
HA Hearing on recommendation of the East County Regional
Planning Commission on the request (2852-RZ'') .of Bellecci
and Associates (applicant) and Helen Bliss/Steiner and
Teresa Gosnell (owners) to rezone land from General
Agricultural District (A-2) to Planned Unit',, District (P-1) ,
along with Final Dvelopment Plan 3023-90 for 42 single
family residential lots and Tentative Subdivision Map 7358
to subdivide 19 . 9 acres into 42 lots, Oakley area
H. 5 Hearing on recommendation of the East County Regional
Planning Commission on the request (2897-RZ) of Bellecci
and Associates (applicant) and David Mariano (owner) to
rezone land from General Agricultural District (A-2) to
Single Family Residential District (.R-12) , Oakley area.
H. 6 Hearing on DeBolt Civil Engineering appeal from decision on
rezoning application 2894-RZ and Minor Subd=ivision MS
86-89, Debolt Civil Engineering (applicant)° and Jean-Pierre
Pollueau (owner) , . Alamo area. (Continued from October
2, 1990)
