Box 5148 , San Ramon 94583 , advising that at its February 13 , 1990 meeting the City Council voted to oppose the merger of the San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District and the Tassajara Fire Protection District. ***REFERRED TO COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR 1.71 - Separate Board Order - 1.72 Letter dated February 23 , 1990 from George H.
