At 10: 30 A.M. the Board recessed into closed session in Room 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez . At 11: 30 A.M. the Board reconvened and continued with the regular agenda. CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT - March 27 , 1990 Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in all of its capacities) AA=1 . This Board will hold a closed session with its designated representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of performance, or dismissal . BB=1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending . litigation pursuant to Government Code § 54956 .9, subdivision: (b) Significant exposure to litigation. (c) Decided or deciding to initiate litigation. CC=1 .
