SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
Recommended Action:
Approve amendment of the Health. Services Department
Conflict of Interest Code to substitute Exhibit A to said code,
as shown on the attached memorandum of Shelley Pighin, Personnel
Services Assistant, Health Services Department..
Background:
The Health Services Department has adopted the attached
amendment to Exhibit A of its code and submitted it to the Board
for approval pursuant to Government Code sections 87303 and 0306 .
