SUBJECT: Conveyance of Street and Storm Drainage Easement to City of Pinole
Pinole Creek

The Board of Supervisors, as the Governing Body of the Contra Costa County
Flood Control and Water Conservation District, RESOLVES THAT:
The District acquired the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto,
by deeds recorded on February 24, 1958, in Volume 3125 at page 330 and May 12, 1966,
in Book 5119, page 370, in the Pinole area, for flood control purposes. The City of Pinole
has requested an easement for street and storm drain purposes. This Board FINDS that
the conveyance of such easement is in the public interest and will not substantially conflict
or interfere with the District's use of the property.
This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the conveyance of an
easement to the City of Pinole, over the property described in Exhibit"A" attached hereto,
pursuant to Government Code §25526.6, and the Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED
to execute a Grant of Easement on behalf of the District.
The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause said Grant of Easement to be
delivered to the grantee.
This activity is not subject to the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to
§ 15061 (b) (3) of Chapter 3 of the CEQA Guidelines as it can be seen with certainty that
there is no possibility that the activity may have a significant effect on the environment t
and is in conformance with the City of Pinole's general plan.

EXHIBIT "A"
Parcels X2-17. X44-2. and X44C-2: Easement for street and storm drain maintenance.
An easement on, over, under, and across the following described real property being
portions of those parcels of land granted to Contra Costa County Flood Control and
Water Conservation District as PARCEL ONE recorded February 24, 1958 in Volume
3125 at page 330 and PARCELS 44 and 44C recorded May 12, 1966 in Volume 5119
at page 370; Document and map references are to records of Contra Costa County.
Beginning at Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District
monument #7091 marking the "TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING" of said PARCEL 44C;
thence along the boundary thereof, South 180 41' 45" East 7.90 feet, to a point lying
southeasterly 30.00 feet (right angles measurement) from the centerline of Henry
Avenue as said centerline is shown on the map of Subdivision 6463 filed October 7,
1985 In Map Book 295 at page 13; thence parallel to said centerline, North 370 36'
51" East 141.39 feet; thence North 520 23' 09" West 60.00 feet; thence South 370 36'
51" West 137.00 feet; thence South 52° 23' 09" East 53.42 feet to the point of
beginning.
Containing 8,234 square feet, being 0.189 acres.
