SPECIFIC PLAN BOUNDARY The Specific Plan should generally cover all the community of Alamo. The Alamo springs area has been deleted since development decisions in that area are to be resolved through the Alamo Springs MOU with the City of Danville. The proposed boundaries are shown on Map 1 attached. IV. ALAMO SPECIFIC PLAN ADVISORY COMMITTEE An advisory committee made up of approximately 5 individuals should be established to assist the Community Development Department in the preparation of the specific plan. That committee should be drawn from representatives of organization which serve Alamo. Representation should be from AIA, R-7A, P-2B, the Chamber of Commerce, and a local architect or builder. V.
