AUTHORIZE the County to hold harmless the Contra Costa Community College District and its Governing Board for use of the Diablo Valley College Performing Arts Center and Contra Costa College Performing Arts Center on March 7, 1990 for "Meet Your Judges/Access to Justice" night. 2. AUTHORIZE the County to hold harmless the Antioch Unified School District and its Governing Board for use of Beede Auditorium on March 7 , 1990 for "Meet your Judges/Access to Justice" night. BACKGROUND: State Assembly Concurrent Resolution No. 65 encourages all judges to participate in "Meet Your Judges Week, " March 5-9, 1990 . Pursuant to a statewide effort coordinated by the California Judges Association, judges in each county will host a public forum, "Meet Your Judges, " during that week. On March 7, 1990, the judges of Contra Costa County will host their public forum in three locations in the West, Central, and East County: Contra Costa College Performing Arts Center; Diablo Valley College Performing Arts Center; and Beede Auditorium, Antioch High School. Each facility requires proof of insurance and a hold harmless agreement. The Risk Manager has approved provision of hold harmless agreements for each facility.
