SUBJECT; Closed Session
The Chairman announced that a closed session would be
held in accordance with the parameters as set forth in the
attached announcement.

Room 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street,
Martinez.
At 2:00 P.M. the Board reconvened and continued with the
regular agenda.

Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in all of its
capacities)
AA=1 . This Board will hold a closed session with its designated
representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and
to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of
performance, or dismissal.
Bl1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending
litigation pursuant to Government Code § 54956 . 9, subdivision:
(c) Decided or deciding to initiate litigation.
CC=1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending
litigation pursuant to Government Code $ 54956 .9 , subdivision:
(a) Litigation initiated formally. The titles of the
litigation are:
