The Board of Supervisors on May 23, 1989 continued to this date the hearing on the recommendation of the East County Regional Planning Commission on the request by Bellecci and Associates (applicant) and Fred Lorenzetti (owner) to rezone 1. 14 acres situated at the northwest corner of Loren Lane and Mellowood Drive from Single Family Residential (R-40) to Single Family Residential (R-12) in the Oakley area. Supervisor Torlakson advised that he had met with the neighbors and he requested that the hearing be continued for four weeks. On recommendation of Supervisor Torlakson, IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the hearing on the above matter is CONTINUED to July 11, 1989 at 2 : 00 p.m. 1 hereby certify that this Is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supe sora on the date shown.
