Recommended Action: A. APPROVE Right of Way Contract and ACCEPT Grant Deed dated May 15, 1989, from Liberty Union High School District. B. AUTHORIZE Public Works Director to execute said Right of Way Contract on behalf of the County. C. APPROVE payment of $4,300 for said property rights and AUTHORIZE the Auditor-Controller to issue a check in said amount payable to Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Escrow No. 150185 to be forwarded to the Real Property Division for delivery. W. Accounting Recorder (via R/P) II. Financial Impact: Payment of $4,300 from Lone Tree Way Road Widening funds which are 80% reimbursable from Federal Highway Administra- tion Funds. III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background: These property rights are required for the Lone Tree Way Phase II project in accordance with approved plans and specifications. IV.
