The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision 6858 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Ralph Garrow, Inc. heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Sub- division Map. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED as of June 27, 1989 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement: DATE OF AGREEMENT SURETY October 25, 1988 Developers Insurance Company Bond No. 967036S BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hereinafter described roads, as shown and dedicated for public use on the Final map of Subdivision 6858 filed October 27, 1988, in Book 326 of Maps at page 46, Official Records of Contra Costa County, State of California, are ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be County Roads.
