SUBJECT: LEASE - 3052 WILLOW PASS ROAD, CONCORD .
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND 'JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDATION
AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE, on
behalf of the County, a Lease with Willow Glen Office Building
Partnership for the premises at 3052 Willow Pass Road,
Concord, for occupancy by the Health Services Department,
under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in
said Lease.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments required are to come from the budget of the Health
Services Department..
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND
Provide office space as requested by the Health Services
Department for operation of the Concord Health Clinic.
