Bragdon, Contra Director of Community Development ^_�a DATE; June 5, 1989 Cou nty SUBJECT: Request by Applicant for Time Extension in Order to Activate Final Development Plan 3045-86 SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION RECOMMENDATIONS Approve applicant Is . request and grant a one year time extension beginning July 7, 1989 (one year from date of entitlement) .extending until July 7 , 1990. FISCAL IMPACT None. BACKGROUND/REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS .Final Development Plan 3045-86 was approved July 7 , 1987 , together with Subdivision 6837 and Rezoning 2692-RZ (William Conner, Applicant and Owner) . These applications made up the Bethel Island Golf Course Condominium Project, a planned unit development. On September 20 , 1988 the Board of Supervisors granted a one year extension to establish ' Final Development Plan 3045-86 . The extension runs to July 7 , 1989. Theproperty has been sold to the Danville Land and Development Company. Because of the change in ownership, the applicant is requesting an extension of time to establish Development Plan 3045-86.
