SUBJECT: EXERCISE OF OPTION TO EXTEND THE LEASE FOR THE CLERK-RECORDER AT

SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECCMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDATION
EXERCISE an Option to extend a Lease dated May 22, 1984, with
Earl Dunivan, et al, for the premises at 822 Main Street,
Martinez, for continued occupancy by the Clerk-Recorder, under
the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said
Lease.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments are budgeted in the General Services Department
budget.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND Provides space for
continued occupancy by the County Clerk' s Office for the
Clerk-Recorder.
