SUBJECT: LEASE-OUT - 189-199 PARKER AVENUE, RODEO w
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDATION
AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE, on
behalf of the County, a Lease-Out with the Parker Avenue
Family Development Center, Inc. for the premises at 189-199
Parker Avenue, Rodeo, under the terms and conditions more
particularly set forth in said Lease-Out.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
This Lease-Out will have a minimal financial impact on the
County.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND
As requested by County' s Community Services Department, this
Lease will allow the Parker Avenue Family Development Center,
Inc. to continue to operate their program, funded by a
Community Services Block Grant, at their current location.
