Aeronautics Deputy Clerk HEW:dg calloan.bo Caltrans Loan Agreement June .13, 1989 Page 22 REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND: The Board of Supervisors approved a Federal Aviation Administration Grant, Agreement (AIP 3-06-0008-03) in the amount of $2,000,000 on March', 7 , 1989 . The local share is $222, 222 making the total project cost $2, 222, 222 . The purpose of this loan is to cover the Airport's local share of the project. The revenue generated into the State Aeronautics Fund by this loan program increases the fund for future State Aeronautics development programs . �I
