HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 05091989 - T.2 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA T. 2 Adopted this Order on May 9, 1989 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers, Fanden, Schroder, McPeak and Torlakson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None --------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------- SUBJECT: Annual Transportation Systems Management Report and Revised Transportation Systems Management Ordinance For The Pleasant Hill BART Station Area. On this date the Board of Supervisors considered the annual Transportation Systems Management Report and the revised Transportation Systems Management Ordinance for the Pleasant Hill BART Station area. Supervisor McPeak suggested that in the interest of time that the Board accept the report, introduce the revised ordinance, and fix in a month, time for a presentation before the Board of Supervisors on the report. She recommended continuing this matter for a month and scheduling a presentation on the report before the Board of Supervisors, however, introducing the revised ordinance today. The Board discussed the matter. On recommendation of Supervisor McPeak, IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the revised Transportation Systems Management Ordinance for the Pleasant Hill BART Station area is INTRODUCED and May 16, 1989 is set for adoption; and June 13, 1989 at 11: 00 a.m. is FIXED for presentation on the Annual Transportation Systems Management Report. 1 hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
