At 1: 00 P.M. the Board recessed into closed session at 1340 Arnold Drive, Martinez. At 4: 00 P.M. the Board reconvened and continued with the regular agenda. CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT - May 9 , 1989 (Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in all of its capacities) A-1. This Board will hold a closed session with its designated representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of performance, or dismissal. B-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending litigation pursuant to Government Code §54956 . 9, subdivision: (b) Significant exposure to litigation. C-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending litigation pursuant to Government Code §54956 . 9, subdivision: (a) Litigation initiated formally. The titles of the litigation are: 1 .
