SUBJECT: Decertification Elections
The Board received a memorandum dated May 8 , 1989 from
the Employer-Employee Relations officer with respect to balloting
for four different decertification elections.
Decertification elections were held for the General
Service & Maintenance Unit, Engineering Unit, Investigative
Unit and the Engineering Technician Unit. The current "majority
representative" prevailed in each election.
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the foregoing correspon-
dence is ACKNOWLEDGED.
I hereby certify that this Is a true and correct copy of

Board of Supervisors on the date shown.

SUBJECT: Results of Decertification Elections
On Friday, May 5, 1989 ballots were counted by a State Conciliation represen-
tative for four different decertification elections.
Decertification elections were held for the General Service & Maintenance Unit,
the Engineering Unit, the Investigative Unit and the Engineering Technician
Unit.
In each election, the current "majority representative" prevailed.
