TRAFFIC RESOLUTION NO. 3312
ABSTAIN: None Supervisorial District V
SUBJECT: Pursuant to Section 35707 of the California Vehicle
Code Declaring a Load Limit on EMPIRE AVENUE (Road
#7871) , OAKLEY
The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors RESOLVES that:
On the basis of a traffic and engineering survey and
recommendations thereon by the County Public Works Department's
Traffic Engineering Division, and pursuant to County Ordinance
Code Sections 46-2 .002 - 46-2 . 012, the following traffic
regulation is established (and other action taken as indicated) :
Pursuant to Sections 35707 of the California Vehicle
Code, no commercial vehicle, with or without load,
which exceeds a gross weight of 14, 000 pounds shall
travel upon any portion of EMPIRE AVENUE (#7871)
between State Highway 4 and Lone Tree Way.
I hereby certify that this Is a true and correct copy of
an action taken and entered on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors on the date shown.

recommendations thereon by the County Public Works Department's
Traffic Engineering Division, and pursuant to County Ordinance
Code Sections 46-2 . 002 - 46-2.012, the following traffic
regulation is established (and other action taken as indicated) :
